Introduction
Inclusion‑Red Glaze Pigment 1806/1828 are zircon‑silicate encapsulated cadmium‑selenium‑sulfide stain with Zr‑Si‑Cd‑Se‑S composite chemical system. Two red shades: 1806 corresponds to Pantone 186C (bright scarlet red), 1828 corresponds to Pantone 487C (deep date‑red). Max firing temperature reaches 1250 ℃. Color‑forming core is protected inside stable zircon‑silicate crystal matrix.
Important technical warning：
Only stable under oxidizing firing atmosphere. Strong‑reduction atmosphere will destroy encapsulation shell and cause severe color fading / whitening.
Prohibit long‑time high‑intensity ball‑milling. Over‑grinding will damage zircon‑silicate encapsulating structure, lead to loss of red tone. Suggest adding this stain at later stage of glaze milling.
High‑CaO glaze composition will influence final fired shade. Please perform lab firing test with your own glaze formula before mass‑scale production.
This encapsulated series delivers vivid bright red glaze effect, mainly applied for zirconium‑system glaze of ceramic wall & floor tile.
