Introduction
Inclusion‑Yellow Glaze Pigment 1808 is zircon‑silicate encapsulated cadmium‑sulfide stain with Zr‑Si‑Cd‑S composite chemical system, corresponding Pantone color 012C. Max firing temperature reaches 1250 ℃. The color‑forming core is protected inside stable zircon‑silicate crystal shell.
Important technical warning：
- Only stable under oxidizing firing atmosphere. Strong‑reduction atmosphere will destroy encapsulation shell and cause color fading.
- Do not apply long‑time high‑intensity ball‑milling. Over‑grinding will damage zircon‑silicate encapsulating shell and lead to serious color loss. Suggest adding this stain at later stage of glaze milling.
- High‑CaO glaze composition will influence final fired shade. Please perform lab firing test with your own glaze formula before mass‑scale production.
