Introduction
Red‑Brown Glass Pigment 1311/1312 are high‑temperature calcined spinel‑type inorganic ceramic stain with Fe‑Cr‑Zn composite chemical system. Two brown shades: 1311 matches Pantone 478C, 1312 matches Pantone 499C. Max firing / melting temperature reaches 1300 ℃.
Important note： This stain shows optimal color performance in zinc‑containing glaze. Hue deviation may occur in zinc‑free glaze system. Final fired/melted shade will also be influenced by glaze or glass‑batch composition especially CaO content. Please perform lab firing or melting test with your own raw‑material formula before mass‑scale production.
It delivers stable deep red‑brown tone, dual‑purpose for zinc‑base ceramic glaze and glass body mass‑coloring. Widely used for wall‑floor tile and decorative‑industrial glass.
