Introduction
Cobalt‑Blue Glass Pigment 229/1500/1503/1504 are high‑temperature calcined spinel‑type inorganic ceramic stain with Co‑Zn‑Al composite chemical system. Two different blue shades: 229 matches Pantone 287C, 1503 matches Pantone 293C. Max firing / melting temperature reaches 1400 ℃. It keeps stable cobalt‑blue tone under both oxidizing and reducing firing atmosphere.
Important note：Final fired/melted shade will be influenced by glaze or glass‑batch composition especially CaO and ZnO content. Please perform lab firing or melting test with your own raw‑material formula before mass‑scale production.
Samples can be dispatched within 3 working days after sample confirmation. This series delivers vivid cobalt‑blue finish, widely adopted for wall‑floor tile, sanitary‑ware glazing and decorative‑industrial glass mass‑coloring.
