1. Red Iron Oxide Pigment is used as a pigment or coloring agent on many different types of concrete precasts and building products, and it must be directly transferred into cement to be used. It can be used in the colorful concrete exteriors of various rooms as well as in various construction ceramics.
2. In the batching tank, the iron oxide red pigment, paint, and filler are combined to form a coarse color paste. Different grinding equipment is used depending on the viscosity of the solvent added. A three-roll mill, for example, can roll thick paste. Fine grout can be ground in a ball mill or a high-efficiency sand mill (vertical or horizontal). The primer is typically 50 microns thick, and the top coat is 40 microns thick. In the paint mixing tank, add resin, dry materials, solvents, and other ingredients for paint dispersion, color matching, viscosity adjustment, final filtration, and finished product packaging.
