Colored asphalt toner is widely used for the coloring of construction industry, building materials, paints, plastics, etc., and for the coloring of dyes, paints, cement products, and coatings. The colored asphalt toner product has good dispersibility, stable storage, good compatibility with other components in the application system, and can enhance the paint's anti-rust and anti-ultraviolet properties.
The paint formula refers to the amount of pigment, 25-30% for primer, 20-30% for blending paint, 15-25% for enamel paint (extension pigments are not included).
In order not to affect the quality of bright asphalt, the storage temperature should be controlled at 140-150℃ when the storage days are less than 7 days, and the storage temperature should be controlled at 100-120℃ when the storage days are more than 7 days before the construction and mixing of the colored asphalt toner. Or at room temperature, the cement is cooled and hardened to room temperature. When reheating with a burner, in order to prevent the cement from heating locally, please use interval heating before half of the stored cement is dissolved.
In order to make the color asphalt toner evenly distributed, the mixing time should be reasonably determined. The mixing time is generally 10~15s longer than that of ordinary asphalt concrete. Strictly control the mixing temperature and mixing time. The mixing temperature difference of each pan is less than 5℃, and the mixing time difference is less than 3s.
