Product properties: The main composition of the hydrated iron oxide (FeOOH), particle crystal for the needle structure, the surface covered by about 12% of the network structure of silicon oxide and alumina mixture, so its temperature and weather resistance is significantly improved than the general iron yellow.
Heat resistance: at 240℃ for 30min, the color difference of the sample △E≤0.5. Compared with the current test standard of pigment color difference, when the total color difference is less than 0.5, it can be considered that the color of the two samples is consistent. At 260℃ for 30min, the color difference of the samples △E≤1.0. In this color difference range, it can be considered that the color of the two samples is approximately the same.
Product application:
1, 5922M can be used for 180-260℃ processing temperature, such as PP/PE/ABS plastic coloring. As is known to all, the heat resistant temperature of general iron oxide yellow is 177℃ (30min). When the plastic processing temperature is about 200℃, it will turn red because of the loss of crystal water. Our coating iron oxide yellow 5922M heat resistant temperature is about 260℃, so it can meet the requirements of the general yellow phase of high temperature coloring field. At the same time, 5922M this product is processed by high shear force flow mill. The particles are very small and not easy to plug the screen. It can be well applied in the field of plastics.
2, 5922M can be used for paint coloring below 260℃. Also based on the general iron oxide yellow is not suitable for paint coloring above 200℃, in such as coil coating, fluorocarbon coating, powder coating and high temperature paint, 5922M can be very good application. Because this product is superfine, it can be ground and dispersed well in coatings.
