Introduction
Composite Iron‑Titanium Powder P808 is environment‑friendly composite inorganic anti‑rust pigment. Main components consist of multiple phosphate complexes including ZnO, FePO₄, ZnPO₄, Al₂O₃ etc.
It reacts with metal ions and forms dense phosphate passivation film on steel substrate to restrain electrochemical corrosion. P808 can fully or partially replace traditional anti‑rust pigments such as zinc phosphate and aluminum tripolyphosphate. Good compatibility with water‑borne coating systems. Widely applied for anti‑corrosive primer of steel‑structure, ship‑building, automotive and industrial machinery equipment.
